Picking up some years after the events of *The Devil's Rejects*, the Firefly family — Otis, Baby, and a new addition, Winslow Foxworth Coltrane — escape from prison and flee to Mexico, where they continue their murderous rampage. The trio take refuge at a remote resort run by a Mexican gangster, but a group of masked avengers seeking vengeance soon tracks them down. A brutal, bloody confrontation ensues as the killers face retribution for their countless crimes.
