A young American woman named Evie, after taking a DNA test, discovers she has distant relatives in England and accepts an invitation to attend a lavish wedding at a grand estate. As she mingles with the aristocratic guests and grows closer to the charming lord of the manor, she begins to sense that something is deeply wrong beneath the opulent surface. The estate's sinister secret is gradually revealed, entangling Evie in a horrifying supernatural conspiracy from which escape seems impossible.
