A young emergency room doctor is dismissed from his career after prioritising a wealthy patient over a dying one, and relocates to the Hamptons where he stumbles into a new role as a concierge physician to the area's rich and influential residents. He is joined by his financially savvy brother, who turns the arrangement into a proper business, and together they navigate the demands of their privileged clientele whilst occasionally treating those who cannot afford such exclusive care.
