In April 1945, a battle-hardened American tank commander leads his five-man crew deep into Nazi Germany aboard their Sherman tank, nicknamed "Fury." When a green Army typist is assigned to the crew as a replacement gunner, he is forced to confront the brutal realities of combat. The film culminates in a desperate last stand as the vastly outnumbered crew holds a crossroads against a superior SS infantry force.
