Blekingegade

Directed by Anders Riss-Hansen (2009)

A Danish documentary examining the Blekingegade Group, a radical left-wing cell that carried out robberies and other criminal acts in Denmark during the 1970s and 1980s in order to fund revolutionary causes abroad. The film explores the ideological motivations behind the group's actions and the police investigation that eventually led to their capture. It raises broader questions about political extremism and the boundaries between idealism and violence.
