A London detective who was injured years earlier while pursuing a notorious criminal gets a second chance at revenge when his quarry is forced to return to the city. As the two men close in on each other, they begin to uncover a far larger conspiracy involving corrupt officials and a shadowy arms deal. Reluctant allies despite their history, the cop and the criminal must work together if either is to survive.
