1972: Munich's black September

A documentary revisiting the 1972 Munich Olympics terrorist attack, in which members of the Palestinian group Black September took Israeli athletes and coaches hostage. The film examines the events of those tragic days through archival footage and interviews with survivors, witnesses, and key figures involved in the crisis. It reflects on the catastrophic failures of the rescue operation and considers the lasting impact of the massacre on both the Olympic movement and global politics.
