A vigilante takes matters into his own hands once again after someone close to him dies from a drug overdose, turning his rage against the competing criminal gangs responsible for flooding the city with narcotics. He is manipulated by a mysterious figure who claims to want the drug trade dismantled, though the man's true motives prove far more sinister. The film follows the protagonist as he systematically works his way through both criminal organisations, unaware he is being used as a pawn in a larger power struggle.
