A teenage girl is sent to a wilderness therapy camp after her behaviour becomes increasingly troubled following a difficult period in her life. Resistant at first, she gradually forms connections with fellow participants and begins to open up under the guidance of the camp's counsellors. The outdoor challenges and group dynamics push her towards confronting her inner struggles and finding a path forward.
