A Polish investigative drama centring on the 2010 plane crash near Smolensk, Russia, in which the Polish president Lech Kaczyński and numerous other senior officials were killed. The film follows journalists and officials who begin to question the official version of events, suggesting that the disaster may not have been a straightforward accident. It reflects the deep political and social divisions that the tragedy provoked within Poland.
