A young woman named Marie joins a rural fire brigade, where she must navigate the challenges of proving herself in a traditionally male-dominated environment whilst also managing complicated personal relationships within the close-knit community. As she becomes more deeply involved with the team, she uncovers tensions and secrets that test both her resolve and her sense of belonging.
