A deaf woman and a government official are trapped in a marriage of convenience when a kidnapping case forces them to work together, gradually uncovering long-buried secrets from their pasts. As they investigate the abduction, their emotional distance begins to close and romantic feelings develop between them. The series blends mystery and romance against a backdrop of political intrigue and personal trauma.
