A Norwegian detective series set in a world where people from different historical eras have materialised in the present day. The second season opens as Lars Haaland and his time-displaced partner Alfhildr continue working together, navigating fresh tensions between modern society and the growing population of historical arrivals known as "beforeigners". A new case draws them into dangerous territory involving both political extremism and the complex social divisions that have emerged around the integrated communities.
