Three couples compete in a magazine's contest to stage the most original wedding ceremony, each vying for the prize of a free house. The film follows their preparations and conflicts as they attempt increasingly unconventional themes, from musical theatre to nudism to tennis. Shot in a mockumentary style, it captures the chaos and tensions that arise between the couples, their families, and the magazine staff organising the event.
