Henry Poole Is Here
A man who believes he is terminally ill moves into a house in his old neighbourhood, intending to spend his remaining time alone and withdrawn from the world. His plans are disrupted when a neighbour discovers what she believes to be the face of Christ in a water stain on his exterior wall, drawing a stream of hopeful and faithful visitors to his door. As small apparent miracles occur around him, Henry is gradually forced to confront his own despair and consider the possibility of hope.
