We are Lady Parts
Directed by Nida Manzoor
Amina, a nervy PhD student and devout Muslim, is reluctantly recruited to play lead guitar in an all-female Muslim punk band called Lady Parts. Struggling to reconcile her faith, her ambitions for academic success, and her longing for romance, she finds unexpected sisterhood among the band's eccentric members as they rehearse, bicker, and pursue their dream of making it in the London music scene.
