Astrid and Lilly Save the World
Directed by Jill Carter
Two socially marginalised teenage girls, Astrid and Lilly, accidentally open a portal to another dimension, unleashing a series of monsters into their small town. To close the portal and restore order, the pair must hunt down and defeat each creature, navigating the chaos of high school life at the same time. The series blends coming-of-age drama with creature-feature horror and dark comedy as the two friends grow in confidence through their unlikely heroic role.
