The Studio
Directed by Seth Rogen
A fictional comedy series set inside a major Hollywood film studio, following its newly appointed head of motion pictures as he desperately tries to balance his genuine love of cinema with the relentless commercial and corporate pressures of running a big entertainment company. Each episode places the protagonist and his colleagues in absurd, cringe-worthy situations that expose the vanity, compromise, and chaos lurking behind the glamour of the film industry. The show features a rotating cast of celebrity cameos playing fictionalised or exaggerated versions of themselves.
