A former billionaire playboy returns to his home city after years stranded on a remote island, adopting the vigilante identity of a hooded archer to fight the corruption and crime that plagues his community. Drawing on the list of criminals his father left behind, he works to fulfil a promise to clean up the city, all whilst concealing his double life from those closest to him. The series blends superhero action with family drama and mystery, gradually expanding its scope to include larger threats and a growing cast of allies and enemies.
