Le désert de Pigalle

A young woman arrives in Paris hoping to build a new life, but instead finds herself drawn into the seedy underworld of Pigalle, where exploitation and danger lurk beneath the district's glamorous surface. She becomes entangled with criminals and morally compromised figures who seek to take advantage of her vulnerability. The film follows her struggle to resist the pull of this corrupt milieu and find some path towards dignity and escape.
