A neurotic, middle-aged Polish teacher endures a single torturous day filled with petty frustrations, social anxieties, and bitter resentments towards his ex-wife, colleagues, and the world at large. His inner monologue reveals an obsessive, hypersensitive man who finds everyday life almost unbearably irritating, from noisy neighbours to awkward encounters on public transport. The film follows his tragicomic struggle to maintain his composure whilst everything around him conspires to push him towards the edge of his sanity.
