The Glass Room

A Czech-Slovak historical drama set in a striking modernist villa built by a wealthy Jewish couple in 1930s Brno. As war transforms the country under Nazi occupation and later Soviet rule, the house passes through different hands and its grand glass-and-steel interior bears witness to the private lives and moral compromises of successive occupants across several decades. The story interweaves the fates of the original owners, their housekeeper, and others whose lives become entangled within the building's luminous walls.
