Reinventing herself as a celebrated dressmaker in Tetouan, she is gradually drawn into the world of wartime espionage, using her salon and her access to powerful figures to gather intelligence for the Allied cause. The series follows her double life as she navigates dangerous political intrigues whilst maintaining the façade of an apolitical couturière.
