Casting-Übersicht
We are currently seeking one English-speaking actor from any country for "The Thought of Leaving You", a romantic drama written and directed by Marv Hathim.
Logline: A married couple trapped between resentment and a fear of abandonment must decide whether to cling to their broken bond or finally walk away.
Shooting Days: 3-4 days, in early 2026
Location: Amsterdam / Almere
Compensation: €100 daily rate + travel expenses within the Netherlands covered + catering on set.

John (Male, Lead, 35-55)
Requirements: Actors need to have a high level of English but do not need to be
native English speakers.
NB: Actors can be based anywhere in Europe but the travel expenses will only cover transportation within the Netherlands (please take this into consideration, if applying from outside NL).
About the character: John is a proud, controlling man who suppresses his emotions. He has resigned himself to his imperfect marriage, yet he still struggles with the missed opportunities and the regret they’ve brought into his life.
