Casting Overview
For a Mockumentary (a fake, humouristic documentary) titled “Art of DJ”
Synopsys: A young amateur DJ Jay gets the chance to finally kick start his career, after multiple failed attempts, by being accepted as the intern of a famous Dutch DJ. However, the famous DJ has a different plan for Jay than promised.
Shooting in Eindhoven/Breda between 3 – 6 of May.
Transport costs and food/drinks will be covered.
Roles
ROLE: DJ JAY
Jay is an amateur DJ, who has been wanting to become a famous DJ for years already, but hasn't succeeded yet. However, an opportunity appears that might change his life forever. Jay is naive, ambitious, reckless, stubborn, funny and energetic

ROLE: DJ WALLY
Having a beard and/or long hair is a great plus
DJ Wally is a former famous DJ who is desperately trying to find a way back up to the top, he sees potential in maliciously using Jay for his rise to success. Wally is arrogant, self-centered and greedy.

ROLE: BASTIAN:
Grey hair preferably
Being the father of Jay, Bastian is constantly annoyed by seeing his son trying to become a DJ, since he wants him to focus on a 'real' profession. Bastian is moody, conservative, strict and direct

An old Italian friend of DJ Wally who runs successfully a popular club and tries to become even more popular by letting DJ Jay perform at his club. However, DJ Wally told Luigi that Jay is a magnificent DJ, but he finds out different. Luigi is confident, tempered, busy, impatient, hesitant
