Casting Overview

We are a group of first-year Creative Business students at Breda University of Applied Sciences. Our semester project is a short film entitled ”Chequer”.

In this film, two exes – still holding on to the hurt of their breakup – meet again at a chess tournament and reminisce about their past relationship over an intense game. (Side note: no chess experience is needed for the roles)

Shooting Location: Breda
Shooting Period: 2 days between the 12th and 21st of May. These may be non-consecutive.

As this is a student production, we will not be able to pay you, but we will cover your travel costs (within NL) and meals.
