Casting Overview
For a self -funded student short film titled ‘The Red Eyed Demon’.
The short is a horror film about 19-year-old Kimberley who, by making a fake summoning in a bible, has really summoned a demon that is chasing Kimberley and her friends, they want to flee by running to the woods but this gets huge difficult because they lose a girlfriend along the way, all their stuff is gone and they get into the wrong car.
3 shooting days on 24, 25 and 26 March. Most of it will be filmed in the evening and therefore the shooting days can be late into the evening.
Unpaid job but you will enjoy a nice working atmosphere and have something nice you can add to your portfolio.
Roles
ROLE: Sanne
f, around 20 years old, with your own transport (to get to the shooting location in Hilversum). Beginner actresses welcome.
Sanne is a supporting role and is eventually dragged away but has the best dramatic part in the film.
In the film, Sanne is a girl who comes across as tough and pretends to be afraid of nothing, but she is actually secretly afraid inside. There is also a part in the film where Sanne falls to the ground (of course it doesn't really have to fall) and is then dragged away by the demon, where it is important that the actress can play scared.
