Casting Overview
Casting Indian actresses based in Europe for our next feature film to be distributed to festivals.
Synopsis: The story is inspired from a true story about an Indian girl, who met her lover online and upon arriving to him, realises the trap she got herself into. But unlike others, she decides to first run away and then revenge and expose the organised crime happening under the shadows of lover boys. She meets someone who helps her to gather her motivation and, return back home, to continue with her life.
The feature film is first to be sent to film festivals in Europe and thereafter, maybe, festivals in USA, Canada, and India, before, it will be released on OTT platforms.
The film will be shot in Poland.
It is a low paid work, however, we pay for travels, provide food and accommodation and a minimum pay per day of the production works.
Roles
Requirement:
MUST be an Indian with fluency in Punjabi, Hindi and English.
While the film will be in English, the character is from a Punjabi background, thus, the importance of Punjabi and Hindi language.
Prior experience in acting is not essential, however, it is important for the actress to understand characterisation and, use method acting and improvisation to play the character. Of course, we shall take video auditions before selecting the actress and, we shall also provide workshop before finalising the production dates.
