Casting Overview

Casting short film shot on 16mm black and white. Themes: violence of religion/ideologies, toxic masculinity, pacifism. 

Story: Protos dreams of gaining the respect of the gods and becoming a legend. The stories he has grown up with, tell of all the blood that has been spilt in the name of the gods. Armed only with a long wooden stick, he tries to find enemies to kill in order to cement his reputation. His lover Thea, on the other hand, is against the concept of violence. She wants to change the gods' minds and convert them to good.

We've already successfully completed our first shooting block in Greece. The second block will follow in Germany in July.

Shooting in Offenburg (DE) on 13/07 (arrival on 12/07, departure on the 14/07).

This casting is open to actors in Germany or near Germany.

Role non-paid. Travel and accommodation costs are covered. Food will be provided on set.
