Our production of “Much Ado About Nothing” is set in 1950s mafia Italy, where women’s tongues are faster than machine-gun bullets, the coffee is strong, and the policemen are asleep.

The play will be produced by Hoops of Iron and will be directed by Sofie Qwarnstrom, whose production of The Crucible last year sold-out, and who is writing a PhD thesis on the psychological significance of Shakespeare’s plays.

Auditions will be arranged at the actors’ earliest convenience.

The performance will be the 12th, 13th, 26th and 27th of November at the Theatre des 50. Rehearsals are held in Ferney-Voltaire.
