Casting Overview
Casting Sharif شريف a moving drama about the precarious lives of LGBTQ+ Palestinians community amidst constant threat, neglect, and sometimes hope, which is rarely, if ever, presented on stage.
The play was written based on thorough research and testimonials that were collected by its playwright.
Sharif will perform at the International Dublin Gay Theatre Festival in May 2025.
We’re currently looking for actors for the Festival and also for stage readings in London.
Dates: 12 May 2025 – 17 May 2025
Roles
2 male actors with a young appearance, with Arabic appearance and basic spoken Arabic. Must be based in Europe, preferably in the UK or in Ireland, and speak English.
