Casting Overview

For the short film, titled ’Blind Terror’ by students of the Manchester Film School.

Blind Terror! is a noir terror, set in the motel of a rainswept city, doused in shadows and grime. When a lonely salesman is forced to wonder its corridors, blind and afraid, is it just the darkness he should worry about?

Shooting on the 22nd April, rehearsals yet to be confirmed. The performance is key to the film’s success.

Auditions will be on-going until the 19th April with the option to send a selftape or join an online call.

ALAN - Alan is tired, he spends his days travelling from city to city, working a job he doesn't care about, to feed a wife who doesn't love him. The hotels he can't afford mock him with their neon lights, and the ones he can afford serve mildly warm coffee from residue stained pots. In his 20s, he felt on top of the world. Now in his 30s, he feels beneath it, squished and battered into a non descript smear wearing the only notable thing about him..Jet black Aviator spectacles.
