Bill is a legendary Meisner teacher trained by Stanford Meisner at the Neighbourhood Playhouse in New York. He has led a glamorous Hollywood life. He still exudes a hint of arrogance, although in his old age, he is gentle and slow, and at times, forgetful. Beneath his grandfatherly appearance, however, is a pervert. He tries to grope LiL Cecil, an English student, during an acting lesson.
