L'ispettore Coliandro
(2003-)
A bumbling and hot-headed Italian police inspector named Coliandro stumbles through criminal investigations in Bologna, relying more on luck and stubbornness than genuine skill. Despite his many flaws and a tendency to make a mess of things, he somehow manages to muddle through to a resolution. The series blends crime drama with dark comedy, drawing on the pulpy atmosphere of Italian genre fiction.
