The Ash lad in the hall of the mountain King
Режисьор Mikkel Sandemose (2017)
A young Norwegian farmhand embarks on a quest filled with trolls, riddles and fairy-tale dangers, drawing on his wit and good-natured resourcefulness to overcome seemingly impossible challenges. Based on traditional Norwegian folk tales centring on the character known as Askeladden, the story follows him as he outsmarts powerful and fearsome creatures to win fame and fortune. His humble origins and quick thinking prove more valuable than brute strength as he navigates a world of magic and mischief.
