The White Queen
Режисьор James Kent (2013)
Elizabeth Woodville, a Lancastrian widow, captures the attention of the Yorkist King Edward IV, who makes her his queen despite fierce opposition from the nobility. The series follows her struggle to protect her family's position amid the brutal dynastic conflict of the Wars of the Roses, while rival women — including the vengeful Margaret Beaufort and the scheming Anne Neville — pursue their own ambitions for power. Betrayal, witchcraft, and shifting allegiances mark a turbulent era in which the fate of England's crown hangs perpetually in the balance.
