Irremplacable
Режисьор Thomas LILTI (2015)
A dedicated French doctor working in a busy regional hospital faces mounting pressure when hospital management decides to restructure the department, threatening both patient care and the livelihoods of the staff. As he fights to maintain standards and resist bureaucratic interference, he is forced to confront the personal toll that his unwavering commitment to medicine has taken on his own life and relationships. The film offers an intimate portrait of the tensions between a vocation-driven physician and an increasingly efficiency-obsessed healthcare system.
