A Chinese-American drug lord in Amsterdam finds himself caught in a brutal turf war when a rival Mafia family attempts to seize control of his heroin trade. The conflict escalates as loyalties fracture and violence engulfs both organisations, drawing in younger members on each side who must choose where their allegiances lie. Set against the grimy underworld of the Dutch city, the film follows the bloody struggle for dominance over the European drug market.
