Kaappari

A Finnish action comedy following a bumbling, overconfident police officer whose exaggerated sense of his own abilities constantly lands him in chaotic situations. When a serious criminal matter lands on his doorstep, he blunders his way through the investigation with more luck than skill. The film plays his incompetence for broad laughs whilst surrounding him with colleagues and bystanders who struggle to keep up with his unpredictable behaviour.
