Danni Lowinski
(2012)
A brash but warm-hearted young woman from a working-class background qualifies as a lawyer and sets up a makeshift legal practice from a hair salon stall in a shopping centre, charging modest fees to help ordinary people with their legal troubles. Her unconventional methods and street-smart approach frequently clash with the stuffy attitudes of the established legal world, yet she consistently finds ways to secure justice for her clients. The series follows her juggling a busy caseload alongside her colourful personal life and family relationships.
