Five Australian girls — Frankie, Kenny, Lyndz, Fliss, and Rosie — form a close-knit friendship group called the Sleepover Club, spending their time on sleepovers, adventures, and pranks whilst navigating the trials of school life and rivalry with a group of girls known as the M&Ms. The series follows their escapades across suburbia as they tackle everyday dramas, family complications, and the challenges of growing up together. Each episode centres on a new misadventure sparked by the gang's enthusiasm and occasional lack of foresight.
