Everest

A group of climbers from competing commercial expeditions attempt to reach the summit of Mount Everest in 1996, only to find themselves caught in a devastating and unexpected blizzard on their descent. As conditions rapidly deteriorate, the film follows the desperate struggle for survival among the stranded climbers, drawing on the real-life disaster that claimed several lives. The story focuses particularly on expedition leader Rob Hall and his efforts to guide his clients to safety whilst facing impossible odds.
