Nymphomaniac: Volume I

A middle-aged bachelor named Seligman discovers an injured woman, Joe, lying in an alleyway and takes her home to recover. As she recuperates, Joe recounts the story of her life as a self-described nymphomaniac, tracing her sexual awakening from childhood through young adulthood in a series of frank and often darkly comic episodes.
