A group of women, each trapped in frustrating or unhappy circumstances, decide to take increasingly drastic and unconventional measures to change their lives. Their various schemes and misadventures intertwine as they navigate relationships, personal crises, and social pressures in contemporary Czech society. The comedy follows their chaotic journey towards self-determination and a measure of hard-won satisfaction.
