Die Seelen Im Feuer

A young woman living in an early modern German village is accused of witchcraft following a series of misfortunes that befall the community. As hysteria spreads and the local authorities pursue brutal interrogations, she struggles to survive a system designed to extract confessions at any cost. The film examines how fear, superstition, and personal vendettas can combine to destroy innocent lives during a period of mass persecution.
