Le Successeur (The Successor)

A successful Paris-based fashion designer travels to Canada following the sudden death of his estranged father, only to begin uncovering disturbing secrets about the man's past. As he sorts through his father's belongings and confronts the legacy left behind, he finds himself increasingly implicated in a web of troubling revelations. The film explores inherited trauma and the unsettling question of how well we truly know those closest to us.
