Irena's Vow

A young Polish woman named Irena Gut uses her position working for a German officer during the Second World War to secretly shelter a group of Jewish refugees beneath the officer's manor house. As the occupation tightens and the dangers multiply, she must maintain an elaborate deception to keep her hidden charges alive. The film is based on the true story of Irena Gut Opdyke, who risked her life to save over a dozen Jewish people from the Holocaust.
