Nika Perrone graduated from the National Academy of Dramatic Art "Silvio D'Amico" in Rome and furthered her training at École des Maîtres with Angelica Liddell, performing in the European tour of *Histoire de la folie à l'âge classique*. She also studied at the Escuela Superior de Arte Dramático "Miguel Salcedo Hierro" in Córdoba, Spain.

She has worked in film, television and theatre, collaborating with directors including Angelina Jolie, Julian Jarrold, Valeria Golino, Stefano Sollima, Letizia Lamartire, Pablo Trapero, Maria Sole Tognazzi, Janus Metz, Francesca Archibugi and Elisa Amoruso.
