A cardiac surgeon becomes entangled with a dangerous criminal organisation after a mobster's heart transplant leaves him indebted to the gang. Forced to carry out illegal operations and conceal crimes to protect his family, he struggles to maintain his moral integrity while navigating a web of threats and corruption. As the pressure mounts, he must find a way to free himself from the criminals' grip before everything he holds dear is destroyed.
