A romantically unlucky woman and a commitment-phobic man repeatedly cross paths in Rome and find themselves drawn to one another despite their clashing personalities and outlooks on love. Their reluctant connection gradually deepens as each begins to question the emotional barriers they have built around themselves. The film follows their push-and-pull dynamic as they slowly realise they may be exactly what the other needs.
